Franklin County Tax Assessor/Collector Sue Ann Harper demonstrates the use of a new drop box at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex.
The drop box provides a 24-hour access for taxpayers to drop off their payment and residents to drop off voter registration cards. The drop box, located on the portico left of the door at the north entrance, was installed about a week ago.
