The daughter of a local resident is being charged with her mother’s murder at their rural home on CR SW3010 Monday morning. Michelle Ramsey, age 43, was charged with murder, a first degree felony, on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
She is accused in the shooting death of her mother, Barbara Ramsey, age 69.
Ms. Ramsey was arrested around 11 a.m. after wrecking her vehicle while fleeing from police. See the Sept. 17 edition of the Optic-Herald for more details.
