Peter Cooke with Dimension Imaging of Tyler and Franklin County District Clerk Ellen Jaggers  document the transfer of one of a kind documents from 1875 to about 1950 for transport to the company’s offices in Tyler. The company will digitally scan the documents before returning them to the county. Along with the originals, the county will receive archival quality disks with PDF images of the documents for storage and public access.
