Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A kick off event for the City of Mount Vernon’s “10% Challenge” is set for noon Thursday, Oct. 1 at the City Hall in downtown. Andy Trampus, the city’s environmental code official, will be the primary speaker for the event. Lee Elliott, City Administrator, will provide an overview of the program.
