County commissioners pledged the anticipated $579.75 in local funds to match federal dollars for a grant to help fund the Home-Delivered Meal Grant Program in Franklin County. Beverly Logan, executive director for Northeast Texas Opportunities, Inc., approached the court last week to pledge the funding.  See the Nov. 5 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
