The Texas Department of State Health Services is offering a H1N1 clinic in Franklin County starting Monday, Dec. 7. The vaccines will be administered from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the month of December at the old Department of State Health Services building located at 502 E.
