Parenting classes are going to be offered in Franklin County through a joint effort of the Communities in School Program and the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center in Winnsboro.  The classes will be conducted at the First United Methodist Church Family Life Center starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5.
