The Board of Directors of Wood County Electric Cooperative, Inc.  (WCEC) voted to retire $1 million dollars in capital credits for 2009.  That means WCEC will return $1 million to members. Checks were mailed by Tuesday, Dec. 15.    See the Dec. 17 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
