Wesley Hooper, store director at the Brookshire’s Food Store in Mount Vernon, was promoted to district manager, Brookshire Grocery Co. (BGC) company officials announced late Monday, Dec. 22. As district manager, Mr. Hooper will oversee 18 Texas stores. The Hooper family will be moving to the Weatherford area. See the Dec. 24 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
