Fifteen librarians from area counties met in Mount Vernon at the Franklin County Library for a bi-month regional planning meeting for the Northeast Texas Library System member libraries.
The participants bring ideas for programing and improvement to services provided to members. Lisa Lawrence is the librarian and program coordinator for the local library.
