The Century of Values traveling tour vehicle will visit the local Boy Scout council office starting at 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1. The NeTseO (Northeast Texas Southeastern Oklahoma) Trails Council of Boy Scouts of America headquarters is at 3787 NW Loop 286 in Paris, Tex.
