It is coming to a mailbox near you or maybe even to your front door. It is Census time. More than 123 million advance letters were mailed through the U. S. Postal Service for delivery March 8-10. Franklin County Postmaster Monty White estimated approximately 1,000 of the advance letters he received are undeliverable.
