Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A special exception use was granted to Ron Barker to allow use of the house at 515 W. Main St. as a bed and breakfast inn. The Mount Vernon City Council granted the special exception use after no one spoke in opposition and three spoke in favor of the action.
