The Franklin County Library will be celebrating “Love Your Library” month by offering patrons a fine and lost material “Forgiveness Campaign” during the first two weeks in February. “The forgiveness program is for all borrowers. We hope our patrons understand that the more we must spend on replacing lost or destroyed materials, the less we have to spend on new materials.” Lisa Lawrence, Library Director, said.
