Scott Andrews was appointed to the Cypress Springs Special Utility District’s Board of Directors at the April meeting of the board. He replaces Daryl Haley, who died earlier this year. He will serve a one year unexpired term. Mr. Andrews will then be eligible for election to a full term on the board of directors in February 2011.
