How would you divide up your tax dollar?
This is the question City Administrator Lee Elliott and members of the Mount Vernon City Council want answered by residents and property owners. The answers will be used by the city to help develop its  budget for the 2010-11 fiscal year, which begins October 1, 2010 and ends September 30, 2011.
