Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

This Little Light Learning Center at 530 Yates St. in Mount Vernon  was recently rated a four-star facility by the Child Care Licensing through the Texas Workforce Solutions in Texarkana. The award was given to the center for  going over and above minimum standards. Along with the rating, they were given a $10,000 grant to spend on the center.
