The exterior automated teller machine at Texas American Bank in Mount Vernon was stolen around 5 a.m. on Friday, July 9. A witness phoned the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office with the report.
Officers arrived within minutes, but the suspects had already left the scene. Four black males in a black, late model Tahoe with a silver colored center to the wheels were seen by eyewitnesses. Photos of the four suspects are posted below.
