“Let’s Go Rodeo!” Mayor J. D. Baumgardner proclaimed at a rodeo festival planning meeting last week. The decision to go forward with the second annual “Go Rodeo” festival was a unanimous one between those in attendance. A variety of activities are in the planning stages to augment the Annual Labor Day Rodeo sponsored by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse.
