A Democratic Party Rally is set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10 at the Franklin County Airport.
The free event will include a barbecue dinner of meat, bread, and a drink. People attending should bring salads and/or a dessert. Local Democratic candidates, State Representative Mark Homer, and a representative from candidate for Governor Bill White’s office will be in attendance at the event. A silent auction will be conducted to benefit the Franklin County Democratic Party.
