The first of two public hearings scheduled on the 2011 Budget for Franklin County is set at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 23. It will be a part of the second regular monthly meeting of the Franklin County Commissioners Court. The 2011 budget has projected revenues of $4,139,850, and expenses of $4.149,850.
