Large “I” beams were measured, lowered and tamped into places as the process begins to replace a bridge on CR NW1010 Monday, Aug. 16. Crewman Jimmy English (not shown) operated the backhoe to put the supports in place. Less than a quarter mile of the roadway, between CR NW1014 and NW1016, is expected to remain closed for another three to four weeks while the project is completed.
