Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Gamma Upsilon Chapter of the Kappa Delta sorority celebrated their 50th anniversary at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Judy Castle Scott, a Gamma Upsilon alumna, also was honored. A member of Kappa Delta, Mrs. Scott was recently inducted into the Texas Women’s Hall of Fame. Blind since childhood, Mrs. Scott has worked tirelessly to improve life for all with limited vision.  She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from A&M-Commerce.
