New or reconnecting customers of Cypress Springs SUD are now being required to sign a document warning them of the dangers of cross-contamination and making them promise not to do it. They will also be required to obtain a hose bib vacuum breaker attachment for each of their outside water faucets. Existing customers are being encouraged to purchase these devices also.
