Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Donations are being sought to help complete the construction of eight baseball and softball fields at the Franklin County Sports Complex. Cash donations are urged from families and the extended families of children who will benefit from use of the facility. Funds from other local businesses and supporters are needed as well to complete signs, irrigation, concrete paths and bleachers.
