Franklin County Tax Assessor / Collector Sue Ann Harper wants to make sure county residents know 11 business days remain to pay their property taxes without additional penalties. The deadline is Monday Jan. 31. Mrs. Harper’s office is preparing for a rush over the next few days as people who have put off paying come in before the deadline.
