Jordan Healthcare Holdings, Inc. was recently acquired by an affiliate of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New York. “Jordan is well known throughout Texas as one of the premier regional providers of home healthcare services,” David Perez, Managing Director of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC said.
