While flames roar out of the back of the vehicle, a volunteer with the Mount Vernon Fire Department douses the burning bus as members of the quartet watch from a distance. The tour bus burst into flames sending a plume of smoke that could be seen throughout the county and closing the eastbound lanes of I-30 for several hours on Friday, Jan. 21.
