Twenty-seven people attended the Franklin County Appraisal District Appraisal Seminar on Thursday, Jan. 20 at the district office. The seminar covered property tax exemptions and their requirments and a discussion was conducted on General Residential Homestead, Over 65,  Disability Homestead, and Disabled Veterans. Timber and agriculture requirements were also discussed.
