Kelly Stretcher has been named as President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank of Gilmer and First Gilmer Bankshares, Inc. Mr. Stretcher, who has over 25 years of banking experience, came to First National Bank of Gilmer as an Executive Vice President in 2004 and has served as President  and Chief Operating Officer since 2005. He began his banking career with First National Bank of Mount Vernon, where he started out as a loan balance clerk working his way up to a commercial lending position over 18 years.
