The sixth annual Coggins and Vaccination Clinic sponsored by the Franklin County 4-H Horse Project is Saturday, Feb. 12 at the Duke Arena on CR 3285 south of Mount Vernon. The event will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Coggins, the six-way vaccine, the West Nile, Rabies, and de-worming vaccines will be offered.
