Paul Bramlett, director of bands for the Winnsboro ISD, was arrested late Tuesday, Feb. 15 on a sexual assault involving a third child.
There were eight earlier indictments, each containing two charges each of sexual assault and indecency with a child. These incidents are said to have taken place between late 2008 and October 2009.
