Craig Farmer provided a planning and zoning seminar during the City council’s workshop on Tuesday, March 22. The council is rezoning of seven properties being annexed by the City of Mount Vernon. The properties are expected to add $28,000 to $35,000 in ad valorem tax revenues. See the March 31 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details.
