Free disposal of solid waste will continue for Commissioner Pct. 4 residents through the month of April,
according to Pct. 4 Commissioner Sam Young. The collection site is at the Pct. 4 maintenance barn, located on the northwest corner of the intersection of FM 115 and FM 1448. For more information, see the April 14 edition of the Optic-Herald.
