Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The charred human remains found in southeastern Franklin County were identified late Wednesday, May 25 as those of Camp County businessman Sean Andrew Lam. Forensic pathologists from the Southwest Institute of  Forensic Science in Dallas used dental records to positively identify the remains, according to Franklin County Sheriff Paul Fletcher.
