The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Mount Vernon are teaming up to provide training opportunities for local merchants. A seminar and a workshop will be conducted on Tuesday, June 28 beginning at 2 p.m. at City Hall. Seating will be limited to the first 50 people to register. The first will be a seminar titled “Get Social; Business Strategies for the 21st Century.” Mark Easley with Windstream Technology will present Business Trends in Social Networking at 2 p.m.
