Contract work on local state highways and farm to market roads are scheduled to begin later this week, according to Brad Martin, TxDOT Area Engineer, Paris Area Office. Brannon Paving Company, LTD was the successful bidder at $6,247,047.44. The $205,000 portion of the contract will include three sections of roadway in Franklin County.
