A house party is set to discuss and begin an action plan for ordinary citizens to help to “Rebuild the American Dream.” Elizabeth Aden will be hostess for the event at her home at 404 Yates St. in Mount Vernon at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 16.
“The American Dream Movement seeks to recreate a politics of common purpose, one that advocates for broadly shared prosperity in our country, appeals to a set of common values and highlights the need for creating good jobs that will allow people to work with dignity,” Mrs. Aden explained.
