No dates have been announced for anticipated public meeting(s) on the two applications for “Beneficial Land Use Permit” pending with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The office of Dist. 3 Texas House of Representatives Erwin Cain filed a formal request for a meeting with the state agency on June 22. Staff with Rep. Cain’s office have been in regular contact with the agency to get a date set. Logistics for the meeting are being worked out, according to the staff.
