The City’s Budget Committee is proposing a bare bones budget for 2011-12, said Eddie Turner, the city’s interim administrator. The proposed budget calls for $3,029,062 in revenues, and $3,027,979.85 in expenses, including designated and specialty use funds. The city’s proposed tax rate is the same as last year’s rate, $.621476 per $100 of property value.
