Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Almost 7,000 marijuana plants were loaded into enclosed trailers for transport away from the farming site in northwestern Franklin County. The plants ranged from three to 16 feet in height. It has an estimated street value between $2 and $3.5 million. Three men were arrested in connection with the farming operation. See the October 20 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for details.
