Requirements for random drug testing on county employees who drive a county-owned vehicle were discussed in the Monday, Oct. 24 meeting of the Franklin County Commissioners Court. The question about the personnel policy was raised when it was learned that Franklin County Sheriff Paul Fletcher planned to no longer include deputies and / or jailers in the pool of employees to be tested.
