Animal Control Officer Jeremy Cox trapped, tranquilized and then euthanized this coyote Monday morning. Local area pet owners are urged to use caution when allowing their four legged family members outside. An increasing number of reports of attacks and missing pets have been received by Mount Vernon Animal Control Officer Jeremy Cox.
