Sulphur River Cowboy Church and Meadow Park Baptist Church are joining forces for a fund-raising event on Saturday, March 28 at the old Alco in Mount Vernon from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Barbecue sandwiches, chips, drinks, hot links, and bake sale items will be offered for sale.
All proceeds from the event will go toward the purchase of plane tickets for the churches’ men’s mission groups to go to Alaska to build a Bible Camp.
