A public hearing will be conducted tonight, Thursday, Nov. 17 at City Hall beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The topics include providing funding to help establish a part time local Business Development Center and providing funding for the Mount Vernon Main Street office to separate it from the Economic Development office.
