The Mount Vernon Main Street Alliance will welcome its new director, Carolyn Teague, during its annual holiday reception. The come and go event will be from 5-7 p.m. today, Thursday, Dec. 8, at City Hall on the west side of the square downtown. Everyone is invited to attend.
