Diane Newsom is a new, but familiar face, at the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. She began her duties as Chamber Manager on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Mrs. Newsom has lived in Franklin County most of her life. She was born in Pickton, and her family moved to Franklin County when she was in the third grade.
