Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Franklin County was awarded $3,116,011 in grant funds for work to restore the interior of the historic 1912 Franklin County Courthouse. The exterior phase of the project is in its final 30-60 days of completion.The amount is 85 percent of the requested funding.
