Morgan Givney and Katelyn James of Franklin County were among the 10 youth delegates to attend the 2009 East Texas Rural Electric Youth Seminar (ETREYS). The seminar, sponsored by Wood County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WCEC), was conducted at Lon Morris College in Jacksonville June 22-26.
