The Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse members will be hosts for the Four States High School Rodeo Association competition. Action will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 and 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13 at the posse’s arena, located on FM 115 between I-30 and FM 21, south of Mount Vernon.See the Sept. 10 issue of the Optic-Herald for more information.
